Patti Parisi
Chief Financial Officer
 Patti Parisi began her career at SPIN in 1993 as an accountant in the Finance Department. Since that time Patti has held several financial management positions within the agency and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2005.
In the year that Patti came to SPIN, the operating budget was $11M and it has now surpassed $54M. Patti’s leadership and professional expertise have been instrumental in assuring the continuing financial success of the agency through growth and expansion of services and a changing economic environment. Patti is committed to professional development and innovative practices in automation and systems design in financial operations.

Patti holds a Master of Business Administration (Accounting) degree from De Sales University and a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (Accounting) degree from La Salle University where she graduated maxima cum laude.
