Infant/Child Development Specialist (ICDS) supports each child and their family's development toward full participation across all settings. The ICDS enhances a nurturing, supportive and developmentally appropriate environment to children and their families in a variety of settings.

In the role of a SPIN Therapeutic Support Staff/Behavioral Health Worker you will support each child to participate more fully within their school, family and in the community. Through developing a positive, nurturing relationship with each child and family, this position supports the achievement of identified outcomes and provides customized strategies that will assist the child to develop learn and play in his home, community, and school environments.
