What Makes SPIN Unique?

At SPIN, your professional development is important!

Employees who work with adults and children begin their employment with approximately two weeks of training and receive mandated annual training each year with our award winning trainers. Since 2000, SPIN has been named to the Training magazine’s Top 125 list of companies who excel in employee development.

However, professional development does not stop with training. To help with our employees’ career development, SPIN offers tuition assistance and onsite programs to help make obtaining a degree easier.

Additionally, throughout the organization, employees have the opportunity to engage in leadership development and join various committees such as SPIN’s Green Team and Wellness Committee to become involved in the agency on various levels.
