Eligible Philadelphia residents can register for services by calling the Philadelphia Department of Intellectual Disabilities Services (IDS) at 215.685.4637 or email robin.m.brown@phila.gov. Residential ServicesSPIN offers the following Residential Services:Lifesharing Supported Living Arrangements Community Living Arrangements Community Life OptionsThis community-based service offers choice of activities and experiences so that individuals with disabilities can determine their optimum program of support. Services are designed to support people to engage in meaningful activities enabling them to grow and reach desired outcomes in their lives. All individuals in Community Life Options are eligible for services based on their disability. Funding is provided through enrollment in Consolidated Waiver or Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waiver. Private pay options are also available. SPIN provides a variety of community-based support and service options for adults with intellectual disabilities. Our Direct Support Professionals and Home Life Coordinators use a person-focused, outcomes-based approach to support each individual to live a meaningful, inclusive life of his/her choice. All individuals in service are publicly supported through the Pennsylvania DPW's Office of Developmental Programs.
